Who ever says art school is easy, can honestly suck my dick, it’s the hardest and most challenging thing I have ever done, including taking 4 AP courses in Highschool, so if you think that you’re better, smarter, more dedicated or harder working than a college level art student, I want you to know you are wrong. Don’t be a dick, and if you know anyone who is going through the challenge of Art School, let them know you support them. Art school is not only mentally taxing, it is emotionally tiring, imagine if you, as a physics major, or a biology major had to dig deep into your psyche and come up with a concept that told a story about feelings such as love, hate, passion or sadness, and then had to represent that in a visual and visceral way… yeah… not so easy. So, all that being said, I just wish people had more respect for art students, and artists in general.
